生产锂电池的钴酸锂毒性大吗？

这几天有一个微信朋友咨询锂电池原辅料钴酸锂的毒性。
今天晚上有闲，查询了一些网络资料，希望对大家有用。
由于国内网站对其毒性资料不多，大多零散。查询美国国立医学图书馆，出来下面资料。
其毒性有：刺激物质，可诱致皮肤过敏。(参考钴)
职业病：过敏性接触性皮炎
美国政府工业卫生家协会ACGIH制定的接触限值为0.02mg/m3(以钴Co计算)。限值数据很低，可见其刺激性蛮大的。
除皮肤致敏剂外，还有神经毒性。
从这个资料看，钴酸锂的毒性很可能是钴离子所致。
职业健康监护：尿中钴不能超过15ug/L。

70%多的报告认为它是1类皮肤致敏剂，
60%认为它是可能致癌物-1B，
20%认为它有生殖毒性-2，
10%认为它的急性毒性分类为-4。
从这个资料看来，其毒性还是很大的。
