3.政府扶持力度不够
政策法规配套还不够完善。目前锂离子电池的回收基本是小公司在做，还未成气候，动力锂电池回收、拆解的产业规范，回收渠道的规范化、规模化，随着产业规模的扩大，还有待进一步完善。
